Freedom Software LLC’s Automated RMAs and Returns is an app that makes the whole return process easier for e-commerce websites and their customers. It lets online businesses set up a return system in which customers can initiate and go forward with their returns without having to contact the website multiple times. It lets business owners define their return policies and simplify the return process. When integrated into an e-commerce website, this app lets customers submit their returns by entering their details like e-mail id and order number. They will then receive a shipping label that they can print and use to send the package back to the website or store owner. In addition, all of this can be done on the website itself, without the customers having to contact the support team.

This app is good. Not great, but not bad, and no serious flaws. There are a few simple UI details that are overlooked, such as not displaying customer name in the list and individual RA view. Workflow is good and the app runs very smoothly. I am probably going to try something else, solely to see what else is out there. While I may not be glowing over this app it does the basics very well.
This app helped our CS team a lot and cut down hours wasted on returns by a ton. Easy to setup. When we had issues with the application, reached out to support and got them fixed.
