If you have a large number of files containing tons of tracking information, it is going to be very difficult to add that information to the orders one by one. But don’t worry, MassFulfill has got your back. The main reason behind why this app was created is to help you process huge files of information. MassFulfill has processed over five million orders and line items already. User's feedback has helped in making this app accessible to all.
These are the features of MassFulfill!
With the app, you can send emails about shipping to your customers. You can handle bulk fulfil orders along with its tracking information in seconds. You only have to upload a file. The information about tracking is optional and can be added or updated at any time later.
The app also lets you fulfil line items. You can ship different SKUs from different locations or suppliers. Just add the SKUs of that particular location to the file, and fulfil only the line items that satisfy the SKU and the order number conditions.
MassFulfill integrates with Google Sheets. You can create a spreadsheet using the MassFulfill app and share it with your supplier. You can fulfil contents using the spreadsheet.
The app displays a confirmation page which will help you see what is about to happen, before it happens. This way, you can reduce the chance of sending wrong information to your customers. The number of errors can be reduced largely. You can also bulk unfulfill like bulk fulfil. In case you upload any wrong information, you can just unfulfill your orders quickly. Upload the same file in the unfulfill box.
There is an added feature called Bulk mark as paid (Bonus). Mass mark has been added as paid functionality specially for those who have ‘collect on delivery’ shipping options.
This is another new feature that has been added - Mass tagging by order number (Bonus). The MassFulfill app now also supports bulk tagging of orders by their order number. You can just write a few order numbers in a spreadsheet file, and then upload it. Tags will be added to the orders. This feature does not replace any tags, or add duplicate tags.
MassFulfill app is perfect for Aftership / 17track. Aftership provides a clean tracking information page for any existing fulfilments. The app also takes care of fulfilling orders to help your customers get the tracking URL. ‘Ship’ that must take place before Aftership or any other shipment tracking service.
